FISCAL NOTE
Senate Bill 73 as passed the Senate could increase fine receipts to the State General Fund, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, and to municipalities by an undetermined amount dependent upon the extent to which state and local law enforcement officers cite additional motorists for violation of the Alabama Safety Belt Use Act under the penalties of this bill.
